Fireside Psychiatry is working to credential with insurance companies. In the interim, patients with commercial insurance are responsible for payment at the time of service. Following the appointment, a "Superbill" will be provided so the patient may submit to insurance for reimbursement. Until credentialing is completed, please note Fireside Psychiatry is considered "Out of Network".

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services?

• ​What percentage of the visit is covered?

• Is there a limit on how many visits per year?

• Do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet?
