Dr. Richard Mitchell DO, MS
Dr. Richard Mitchell was born and raised in Helena, Montana. He attended Warren Elementary School, Helena Middle School, and graduated from Helena High School in 2003. He went on to attend Carroll College and graduated with a Multidisciplinary Major in BioPsychoSocial Health with minors in Biology and Psychology in 2008. He then attended Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and graduated as a physician in 2012. Dr. Mitchell found his passion for psychiatry during medical school. During residency, he completed a Master's of Science Degree in Medical Education. Dr. Mitchell completed Psychiatric Residency in Erie, Pennsylvania as the Chief Resident in 2016. He then returned to his home state of Montana.

In his spare time, Dr. Mitchell enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys working on older vehicles, going to the lake, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his two dogs, Licorice and Rosemary.
Brittany Parmely, MA
Brittany was born and raised in Butte, Montana. She attended Emerson Elementary School, East Middle School, and graduated with high honors from Butte High School in 2008. She went on to attend Montana Tech of the University of Montana graduating with honors in Medical Assisting in 2012. Brittany started working in community mental health shortly after her college graduation and has found passion in the field and is dedicated to the well-being of others.

In her spare time, Brittany enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, and the outdoors.
